Nordion Energi completes acquisition of E.ON Sweden's shares in Kalmar Energi

Nordion Energi has completed the acquisition of E.ON Sweden's shares in Kalmar Energi, representing 50 percent of the company's total shares. As a result, Nordion Energi and the Municipality of Kalmar are now joint owners of Kalmar Energi. The partnership includes electricity distribution, district heating and fibre infrastructure. In the electricity retail business, Siljansvik has become a new co-owner alongside the Municipality of Kalmar.
