A partnership for the future
Together with Dala Energi, we at Nordion Energi have formed a partnership to own and develop the electricity and fiber networks in Rättvik, Gagnef, Leksand, and Säter. This unique collaboration paves the way for new investments to adapt the networks for the future.
With more than 34,000 customers and 80 dedicated employees, the Dala Energi Group has for many years worked to strengthen local development. With a focus on long-term sustainability, the company has contributed to a robust and future-proof energy system. Through the partnership with Dala Energi, Nordion Energi is now taking the next step – enabling the networks to adapt to a future of increased electrification and more fossil-free power generation.
Rooted in the local community
Dala Energi traces its roots back to the late 1800s, when hydropower began replacing kerosene lamps in the region. Since then, the company has grown into a leading local energy provider, offering electricity networks, fiber networks, and sustainable energy solutions in Leksand, Rättvik, Gagnef, and Säter. Over the years, Dala Energi has invested in modernizing infrastructure, developing new technologies, and making everyday life easier for its customers.
