Nordion Energi has been awarded the “IJGlobal ESG Corporate Transition – Energy” prize

Nordion Energi has won an award for its work on a sustainable energy system! In tough international competition, we were awarded the “IJGlobal ESG Corporate Transition Award – Energy” prize at an official ceremony – the IJGlobal ESG Awards 2022 – held at The Honourable Artillery Company in London on 19 October 2022.

Around 25 companies from all over the world were recognised for their efforts to achieve sustainable solutions and ambitions in infrastructure in different areas of society.

Nordion Energi was nominated by our owners, Igneo Infrastructure. ESG stands for Environmental, Social and Governance – what we often refer to as sustainability in everyday language. In this context, sustainability was emphasised from the perspective of how our business model, i.e. our products and services, contributes to the sustainable development of society. The judges referred to both the operations we are running today and the innovative projects we are investing in for the future.
